To provide and improve our educational services, we may collect the following broad categories of information:

Personal identification: names, email addresses, contact details, and account credentials.
Educational data: course progress, quiz scores, submissions, and academic interactions.
Technical data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and usage logs collected via cookies or similar technologies.
Interaction data: how the Service is navigated and used, including pages visited, clicks, scrolling, mouse and touch movement, and the content displayed on screen during a session. This is recorded automatically so we can diagnose faults, fix usability problems, and improve the Service.

2. How we use your information

We use the collected data in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA") for purposes including:

Providing and maintaining our services, including the delivery of customised educational content and resource recommendations.
Communicating with you regarding updates, support, administrative notices, or, where you've opted in, promotional offers.
Ensuring the technical functionality, security, and integrity of our platform.
Auditing, research, and data analysis to optimise learning paths and improve our platform.

3. Information sharing and third-party partners

We don't sell your personal data. We only share information under the following limited circumstances:

With your explicit consent, or where you've been given the option to opt out.
With trusted service providers, subsidiaries, affiliates or advertising and technology partners who process information strictly on our behalf and under our instructions, to help us operate the Service.
In an aggregated, non-personal format (such as generalised usage metrics or trends) that doesn't identify you individually.
In connection with a business merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the receiving party maintains strict confidentiality.
If required by law, regulation, or legal process in Singapore.

4. Data security and retention

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for, or to comply with legal requirements.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access and correct the personal data we hold about you. You may also withdraw your consent to our processing of your data at any time, though this may limit your ability to use certain features of the Service.
